Role Description

  1. Prepare detailed 2D plans for commercial office interiors, ensuring op􀆟mal space planning

and functional layouts.

  1. Create and develop lighting, plumbing, and electrical layouts as per project requirements and

standards.

  1. Support the design team with technical drawings, including elevations, sections, and detailed

drawings.

  1. Conduct site visits when necessary to take accurate measurements, validate design

assumptions, and identify and mitigate potential layout-related errors before or during

execution.

  1. Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate

execution.

  1. Participate in client meetings to present drawings and confidently back your design choices.

  2. Make quick, effective design decisions and adapt based on feedback while maintaining

project integrity.

  1. Ensure timely delivery of drawings and coordinate with vendors/consultants as needed.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 1+ years of experience in 2D designing and space planning for commercial office

interiors.

  1. Strong command over AutoCAD (and equivalent dra􀅌ing so􀅌ware).

  2. Sound knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layout drawings.

  3. Capability to produce elevation drawings with clarity and technical accuracy.

  4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

  5. Confident and decisive, with the ability to justify and explain design decisions to clients.

  6. Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering or related relevant field.
