Product Senior Analyst, SAP Order to Cash Pre-PGI

POSITION SUMMARY
Zoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock.  The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization is as a key building block of ZTD comprising of enterprise applications and systems platforms.
This position plays an important role in managing the SAP O2C Pre-Delivery process within the SAP Commercial services team based out of ZICC. He will be a key member of ZICC, SAP Commercial services organization.

Responsibilities:

•    Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.

•    Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.

•    Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.

•    Responsible for EMEA, APAC regions and report to ZICC Product Expert.

•    Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.

•    Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

•    Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to configure document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, Intercompany process, pricing conditions, access sequence, tables, output determination, partner determination & GATP.    30%
Ability to prototype, test and implement O2C functionalities and integration with MM/FICO/PP/Vistex/Salesforce, Hybris / Third-party SAP modules.    30%
Deliver local statutory requirements for international markets.    30%
Occasionally support AMS team in high priority issues and come up with solutions    10%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

•    Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.

•    Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.

•    Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems. 

•    Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.

•    Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Education:

•    Bachelor's or Master's in Business management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

•    8+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations

•    Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.

•    Experience in SAP HANA/Vistex Modules/CRM/Hybris/Salesforce is preferred.

•    Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations. 

•    Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.

•    Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.

•    Good to have knowledge of Rebates and Revenue recognition, Account determination, Serial number management and Make to Order/Make to Stock

•    Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

•    Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

•    Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.

•    Strong Business communication and Analytical skills

•    Timely decision making and problem-solving skills.

•    Ability to support multiple markets, Example : EMEA and APAC projects.

Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
