Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Amazon Ads Executive

to oversee and optimize our advertising campaigns on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in driving sales and growth through effective ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  2. Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive sales and maximize ROAS.

  3. Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

  4. Run A/B tests to identify best-performing ads and refine targeting approaches.

  5. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  6. Monitor ad performance metrics, including CTR, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and conversion rates.

  7. Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data.

  8. Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.

  9. Keyword Research and Optimization:

  10. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-converting keywords.

  11. Continuously refine keyword targeting to ensure relevance and competitiveness.

  12. Marketplace Management:

  13. Stay updated on Amazon's policies, trends, and updates affecting advertising.

  14. Collaborate with the inventory and operations team to ensure alignment of ad campaigns with stock availability.

  15. Competitor Analysis:

  16. Monitor competitors' advertising activities and strategies.

  17. Develop counter-strategies to maintain competitiveness.

  18. Budget Management:

  19. Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.

  20. Forecast monthly spending and adjust as necessary based on sales goals and campaign performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

Proven track record (2-3 years) managing Amazon Ads campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Pi, or similar tools.
- Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce:

Understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, including FBA, listings,
- Prior experience in managing ads for the apparel category on Amazon will be considered a strong advantage.
