About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment dashboards, and status updates.
  • Support offer negotiation, onboarding processes, and documentation.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain compliance with hiring guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
