Job Summary

MNRU is seeking an experienced
Placement Officer
to lead and manage student placement activities. The role requires strong industry networks, proven placement experience, and the ability to align student career opportunities with institutional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters for student placements.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career counseling sessions.
• Coordinate internships and final placements for students across programs.
• Mentor and prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and selection processes.
• Maintain placement records and analyze placement data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic departments to align placement initiatives with academic goals.
