Role Summary

We require skilled Content Creators in each region who will act as the complete marketing representative of Mr.Golisoda for that territory. They will manage content creation, influencer coordination, ATL/BTL activities, franchise launch planning, and on-ground marketing contributions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Pre-Sale & Post-Sale)

  • Shoot and edit high-quality content for franchise launches, product promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Create pre-launch content to build hype and post-launch content for marketing and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Chennai HQ team for creative direction and approvals.

2. Franchise Territory Marketing

  • Plan and execute the marketing activities for every franchise opening within their allocated district/region.
  • Travel to franchise locations when required for shoots or marketing assignments.
  • Handle ATL & BTL activities such as local advertising, offline promotions, POS materials, on-ground events, and digital content support.

3. Influencer Search & Collaboration

  • Identify influencers in their respective regions across languages.
  • Coordinate influencer shoots, campaigns, and launch collaborations.
  • Manage communication, content requirements, and reporting related to influencer activities.

4. Regional Marketing Execution

  • Implement local marketing strategies to support franchise sales and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the region and share insights with HQ.
  • Work as the primary Mr.Golisoda marketing point of contact for that territory.

5. Travel & Flexibility

  • Must be willing to frequently travel within their region for franchise visits, shoots, events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Flexible to work extended hours during launch days or major campaigns.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in content creation (shooting & editing).
  • Fluency in the local language of the region (Tamil Chennai, Telugu – Hyderabad, Kannada – Bangalore, Marathi/Hindi – Nagpur).
  • Knowledge of social media trends and audience behaviour.
  • Experience in influencer handling is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Basic marketing knowledge (ATL/BTL execution).

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
  • Freshers with strong portfolios can be considered.
