Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
Note : Minimum experience 2 years
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling
Present products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email)
Fluency in English (and other regional languages if applicable)

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is advantageous
