Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiating calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products or services.
- Responding to customer queries about products or the company and making suitable recommendations based on needs.
- Accurately recording customer details, updating databases, and documenting conversations.
- Processing and submitting customer orders efficiently.
- Generating leads for the outside sales team to follow up.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction with services to foster repeat business.
- Handling complaints, troubleshooting issues, and preserving the company's reputation by resolving queries.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to inform and persuade customers.
- Using sales scripts as needed and adapting approaches based on customer responses.
- Creating and presenting sales reports as required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling abilities.
- Languages -- English , Hindi , Telugu & Other Languages
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with an aptitude for handling rejections.
- Customer service focus and ability to build rapport quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
