Job Title: Telecaller (Male, B Pharma) – Mother Hospital, Hisar
Location: Inside Nagori Gate, Near Goswami Sweets, Hisar, Haryana
About Mother Hospital:
Mother Hospital is a leading healthcare center dedicated to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to patients. We are seeking a Male Telecaller with a B Pharma qualification, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of the medical field to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak politely and professionally with patients over the phone.
- Provide information about hospital services and answer queries.
- Schedule patient appointments and update records accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations.
- Make follow-up and reminder calls to patients.
Requirements:
- B Pharma degree is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and empathetic with patients.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
- Only male candidates should apply.
Experience:
- Experience in telecalling or patient handling in the medical field preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Best in industry (based on skills & experience) + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
