About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and creative 
Influencer Marketing Associate
 to join our team in 
Okhla, South Delhi
. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of digital influence and can collaborate with 
mega influencers
 to drive impactful campaigns. You'll also create strategies to 
influence parents
 while connecting with
B2C brands
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with 
    mega influencers
     across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design and execute 
    influencer campaigns
     targeting
    B2C audiences
    , with a strong focus on parents as a key segment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance for ROI and improvement.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, social media shifts, and competitor campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, especially 
    mega influencers
    .
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to strategize for
    B2C marketing needs
    .
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign reporting is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling.
