About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Hairdresser with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the beauty and hair industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hairstyling, client care, and keeping up with the latest trends. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior stylists and contribute to the growth of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles.
• Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and products in the industry.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior stylists and apprentices.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the salon.
• Build and retain a loyal client base by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist in salon promotions, upselling products, and participating in events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience as a Hairdresser/Stylist.
• Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, coloring methods, and treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Creative flair with attention to detail.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Relevant certifications in hairdressing (preferred but not mandatory).
