O que procuramos?

  • 3 a 7 anos de experiência funcional em SAP, com forte foco nos módulos Customer Service (CS) e Plant Maintenance (PM), direcionados para serviços industriais e suporte pós-venda.
  • Experiência profissional sólida, idealmente 5+ anos, em SAP ECC 6.0, especificamente com SAP CS OU SAP PM.
  • Experiência comprovada em processos de Service Management e Field Service, incluindo gestão de serviços end-to-end (Gestão de Incidentes, notificações de serviço, ordens, faturação, contratos, integração com Finance e Controlling).
  • Capacidade para realizar análises técnicas, incluindo debugging de código ABAP e análise de dumps, com bom domínio de customizing SAP.
  • Experiência com processos de suporte ITSM, incluindo tratamento e clarificação de tickets de suporte.
  • Familiaridade com metodologias de projeto (ex.: Agile) e ferramentas como Jira e Confluence.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação em inglês (nível C1). Conhecimentos de alemão são uma mais-valia.
  • Licenciatura em Informática, Informática de Gestão, Engenharia ou área de estudo equivalente é altamente valorizada.
  • Disponibilidade para ir ao escritório no Porto 3 vezes por semana (de terça a quinta-feira).
