We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in test automation, quality strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end quality assurance processes, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, performance, regression).
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to embed quality into every stage of the SDLC.
  • Drive test planning, test case design, and test execution for functional, regression, and system testing.
  • Analyze test results, log defects, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and overall product health.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and drive initiatives to close them.
  • Mentor and coach QA engineers on automation practices, tools, and career growth.
  • Stay up to date with emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in QA
  • Proven expertise in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
  • Strong experience in API automation (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, Karate).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Cloud testing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to security testing tools and practices.
  • Experience in mobile automation.
