Description

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Java Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java and Kotlin
  • Work with SQL Server to build efficient database solutions, write queries, and optimize performance
  • Contribute to the design and integration of MongoDB where applicable
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Java and Kotlin development
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server (queries, procedures, optimization)
  • Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Experience in designing scalable, maintainable applications
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
