Job Summary:

Geojit Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior IT Recruiter
to join our team at the Head Office in Kochi. This position combines talent acquisition responsibilities with office administration to support smooth HR and operational processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent while ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Recruitment:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and provide shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding formalities and employee orientation.

Administration:

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Maintain personnel records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Support HR in organizing training sessions, events, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA HR, or related.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment and admin roles, preferably in IT.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with HRMS software is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
