Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/BE Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10-20 years of experience in civil INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION and project management.
  • Industrial Sector experience must.

Location: Chennai & Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to them.

  • Team Management:

Leading and managing project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration.

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that construction projects meet the required quality standards and specifications.

  • Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

  • Budget and Cost Control:

Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.

  • Safety Compliance:

Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and building codes.

  • Resource Management:

Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
