dynamic MERN Stack Business Partner
in Ahmedabad who can
lead projects, mentor juniors, and drive business growth
.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end MERN Stack projects (React, Node, Express, MongoDB)
  • Lead and mentor our junior developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and plan technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
  • Collaborate on business growth, new project acquisition, and revenue strategies
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Render, Firebase)

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of strong MERN Stack experience (React, Node, Express, MongoDB)
  • Experience in API development, authentication (JWT), and database design
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Local to Ahmedabad — must be able to work closely with the team onsite
  • Ready to take ownership and drive projects independently
