Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Solar products. The role involves visiting potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers to present and promote solar Products
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat. business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit regular sales activity reports to the manager.
- B2B, B2C
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
- Experience in field sales preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10000 – ₹15000 per month (based on experience).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (earning potential ₹10,000 – ₹30,000+ monthly).
