Senior Sap EWM Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with 12+ years of experience to lead design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse operations. This role requires strong expertise in SAP EWM and proven leadership in managing complex global deployments.
Responsibilities:
Lead SAP EWM solution design, configuration, and implementation across inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and yard management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and other supply chain modules.
Drive project deliverables, conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and oversee testing and deployment.
Provide guidance to junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer to business users.
Support continuous process improvement, system enhancements, and end-user training.
Manage issue resolution during hypercare and post go-live support.
Requirements :
12+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP EWM (both embedded and decentralized).
Hands-on experience in warehouse processes, automation, RF frameworks, and labor management.
Strong integration knowledge with core logistics and supply chain modules.
Proven experience in leading global SAP EWM implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
