Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, consultations, procedures, and treatment plans in real-time.
  • Prepare detailed SOAP notes, H&P, progress notes, operative and discharge summaries.
  • Enter and maintain patient information in EHR/EMR systems following US healthcare standards.
  • Ensure all documentation is HIPAA compliant and error-free.
  • Communicate with physicians to clarify missing or unclear information.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and timely completion of medical records.
  • Support multiple specialties as required, adapting quickly to different physician workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.
  • Excellent listening, multitasking, and typing skills.
  • Ability to work US night shifts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
