Role: Data Scientist
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Location: Gurugram / Bengaluru (On-site, 5 days a week)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Skills & Technologies:
- Large Language Models (LLM) fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – implementation, optimization, and scaling
- Agentic AI systems – AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, workflows
- Proficiency in Python and common ML/NLP libraries (Transformers, LangChain, etc.)
- Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build intelligent systems leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures
- Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems for autonomous task handling
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate ideas into AI-driven solutions
- Drive experimentation and continuously optimize models and systems
- Maintain and improve pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deployment
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML or Data Science
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning
- Prior experience building applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, or autonomous agents
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Gurugram or Bengaluru
