1. Job Summary
The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment activities, attendance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves assisting senior HR personnel in implementing HR policies and maintaining smooth HR functioning.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment orders, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee personnel files.
B. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Maintain leave records and ensure timely updating in the HR system.
- Coordinate with departments for shift schedules and attendance corrections.
C. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee master data.
- Ensure all HR documents, policies, and forms are properly filed.
- Assist in preparation of HR letters such as experience letters, NOC, ID cards, etc.
D. Payroll Support
- Compile attendance, overtime, and late-coming data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with accounts team for monthly salary inputs.
E. HR Operations & Compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
F. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support HR events, celebrations, and welfare activities.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and escalation to seniors.
3. Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data responsibly.
