Job roles and responsibilities-

· To carry out production activities as per production planning along with complete supervision in all manufacturing and packing processes.

· To plan manpower for their shift and do proper work distribution along with proper supervision.

· To allocate utilities for meeting production schedules and keeping a constant check on all utilities to make sure they are functioning well.

· To coordinate with the Warehouse department regarding the requirement of raw materials to achieve in-time production.

· To coordinate with the QC Department regarding analysis for approval or rejection of in-process samples, intermediate products, and finished products to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

· To coordinate with the QA Department for ensuring implementation of GMP & ISO requirements and ensure all quality managements are followed as per the written & approved procedure in the production department, which compiles GMP & ISO systems.

· To maintain documents like BMR, Log books, Calibration records, etc., for meeting GMP, ISO, and efficient operation.

· To maintain good housekeeping of the production area, process equipment, Utility Area, Utility equipment, and factory premises.
