Executive - Toolroom

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB 

• Daily deployment of manpower
• Attending breakdown maintenance of moulds & action plan for preventive majors to avoid reoccurrence.
• Planning preventive maintenance of moulds & documentation for future reference.
• Improve the efficiency of the man & machine.
• Analyzing& reducing breakdown time of molds & maintain mould history card.
• Support to vendors for mould smooth production.
• Analyse the process details involved in mould maintenance & tool room operations.

    Study and analyse production feedback, ISO documentation, R & R study, try out changes as per feedback

• Good knowledge of all tool room machines like Lathe, Milling, Grinding, and VMC.
• Key role in plant engineering projects & machine maintenance & breakdowns.
• New mould manufacturing at vendor & responsibility for T 0 samples to final approval Of Component as per quality requirements.
• 5 S in department.
• Attend breakdown of moulds & plan for corrective actions in quick time.
• Support to other departments for tool room related jobs.

1. Job Experience & Requirements

Education  

Diploma in tool & die making from NTTF.

Experience Requirements

• 10 years in Tool & Die Making, 
• Handling of manpower.
• Deep knowledge in Mould manufacturing & maintenance. Preventive maintenance of moulds
• Management Skills to handle & motivate the team.
• Interpersonal Skills to improve departmental co-ordination.
• Deep knowledge of hot runner moulds.

Computer Skills 

Auto CAD, Unigraphics, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Mould /part design

Language

Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu.
