Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to prepare students for CBSE Integrated Programme, JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate will possess deep conceptual knowledge of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, strong problem-solving expertise, and the ability to motivate and mentor students toward achieving top ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry concepts and problem-solving techniques aligned with JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET exam patterns.
  • CBSE Integrated Programme, JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET examinations.
  • Design and deliver Engaging classroom sessions (both theoretical and practical).
  • Develop and update study materials, assignments, and test papers in accordance with the latest syllabus and exam trends.
  • Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance reviews to track student progress.
  • Provide individual mentoring and guidance to enhance students conceptual clarity, accuracy, and speed.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in syllabus, exam patterns, and question trends for competitive exams.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a high standard of academic excellence.
  • (If applicable) Deliver online sessions using digital teaching tools and platforms effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Engineering (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred).
  • Proven experience teaching JEE (Main & Advanced) and/or NEET aspirants in a coaching institute or school setting.
  • Strong command of conceptual understanding and numerical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of teaching experience in reputed coaching institutes or schools.
  • Proven record of students achieving high ranks in JEE/NEET.
