Night Supervisor

• Guest Services: Handle all guest-related activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Staff Management: Supervise night shift staff by providing guidance, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and assisting with training.
• Financial Operations: Conduct nightly audits, process transactions, and prepare financial reports. This may include cash handling and closing procedures.
• Security and Safety: Ensure the safety of guests and the property by conducting security patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies.
• Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance to address guest requests and ensure the hotel runs efficiently overnight.
• Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records, and report important information to the management team for the next day's shift.

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
