Role & responsibilities

Technical Requirement

  1. Strong Core Java (Java8 or above), including multithreading collections and concurrency
  2. Solid experience building scalable , high performance backend systems
  3. Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data , Spring Security)
  4. RESTfull web services and microservice architecture
  5. Strong knowledge of relational data
  6. Experience in messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, Rabit MQ)
  7. Unit test framework : JUnit, Mockito
  8. Build and CI/CD tools : Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins

  9. Basic Linux skills

  10. Navigating file systems, analyzing logs

  11. Unix basic shell commands
  12. Managing services and processes

  13. Understanding file permissions and environment variable

  14. Exposure to Agile Methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confidence

Nice to Have:

  1. Domain Knowledge in financial services, especially post-trade (settlement, reconciliation , confirmations)
  2. Exposure to FIX protocol or Other Financial messaging standards
  3. Familiarity with cloud platform (Azure)
  4. Performance tuning and production support experience

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong analytical and debugging skills
  2. Clear verbal and written communication
  3. Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed, fast paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands on experience with Core Java, Multithreading, collections.

Must familiar with Java 8+ version.

Must have good experience of deployment in Linux.
