About the role

Profile Picasso helps senior executives turn serious ideas into clear, high-impact content. We're looking for a graphic designer who thinks in headlines, layouts, and story flow, not just colours and icons.

You'll translate perspective-rich copy into carousels, posts, and visuals that people actually save and share.

Engagement

Part-time/freelance (for now). As we grow, we would want more commitment and hours.

Remote. IST-friendly hours.

What you'll do

  • Turn approved copy and briefs into
    scroll-stopping LinkedIn carousels
    , single-image posts, and infographics.
  • Build
    clean, reusable templates
    that keep each client on-brand without feeling templated.
  • Design
    thumbnails, banners, covers, event creatives
    , and light motion snippets when needed.
  • Work with strategists to
    decode the point of the post
    and shape the visual narrative (hook → build → payoff → CTA).
  • Deliver
    platform-ready files
    with correct sizes, exports, and safe margins.

What good looks like

  • Clear hierarchy. Confident typography. Thoughtful whitespace.
  • Slides that
    advance the argument
    , not repeat it.
  • Visuals that lift
    saves, shares, and completion
    on carousels.
  • Consistent look across a client's feed without copy-paste sameness.

Must-Haves

  • Strong portfolio of
    LinkedIn or social-first
    graphics (carousels required).
  • Fluency in
    Canva, AI photo creation tools and
    Adobe CC
    .
  • Command of
    type, layout, and visual storytelling
    .
  • Ability to
    read the copy, find the angle
    , and design to the message.
  • Comfort working to
    weekly cadences
    , quick feedback loops, and file hygiene.
  • Solid grasp of platform specs (e.g., LinkedIn 1080×1350, safe zones, compression quirks).

Nice to have

  • Light
    motion design
    for simple slide transitions or animated posts.
  • Experience designing for
    B2B, leadership, or tech
    audiences.
  • Basic understanding of
    what drives engagement
    on LinkedIn.
