Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Chandigarh. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the operations of the branch, ensuring student enrolment targets are met, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing business policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing academic and administrative activities, planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing staff and resources, and fostering a productive and collaborative environment. The Branch Head will also work closely with the central management team to align branch goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and achieving enrolment targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with edtech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement marketing initiatives and business policies
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the test-prep or educational sector is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
