About the Role:

Role Overview

As RPA Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance automation workflows using UI Path, with a focus on Python-based custom activities and data integrations. You'll work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced automation solutions using UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Build Python scripts to support complex business logic, data handling, or integration with external systems within RPA workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical RPA solutions.
• Develop scalable and reusable components using REFramework, Python functions, and API integrations.
• Integrate UI Path with REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
• Manage production bots through Orchestrator, handle exceptions, and monitor bot health and performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all automation processes and configurations.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices across the automation team.
• Stay updated on RPA, AI/ML, and Python automation trends to continuously improve solution capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in UI Path development.
• Hands-on experience with UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and core automation components.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and custom activity development.
• Deep understanding of selectors, workflows, data scraping, exception handling, and REFramework.
• Experience integrating with APIs, SQL databases, and handling JSON/XML data.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD practices in RPA development.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• UI Path Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD).
• Exposure to AI/ML model integration within RPA (e.g., document understanding, OCR, NLP).
• Experience in automation for ERP, CRM, or legacy systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and task tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
