Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Officer role based in West Bengal, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales operations, and driving channel sales. The role involves interacting with clients, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable financial products to help them achieve their investment objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Experience in Lead Generation and developing sales pipelines
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations and efficient sales management
  • Experience in Channel Sales and building strong partner relationships
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
