Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Mandideep. The Shift Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, adhering to quality standards, managing the workforce, and maintaining safety protocols. The role includes monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

  • Operational and Production Management: Experience in overseeing production schedules and processes.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Understanding of quality standards and ability to maintain the quality of products.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership skills to manage workforce and ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the food processing industry is a plus.
