Role Overview: The Integration Senior Test Analyst for the General Ledger (GL) is responsible for end-to-end functional and integration testing of GL-related processes across legacy systems, the new SBS Core Banking Platform (SBP), and Dynamics 365.The role demands hands-on testing experience in finance systems with a strong focus on API testing, automation scripting, and data validation for financial reporting, GL postings, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities: Review GL requirements, interface designs, and business rules to develop detailed test scenarios and test cases. Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test suites for: GL postings from CBS, eFin, and SBP. Automated reconciliation and feed validation in AutoRek. Treasury transactions interfacing into AccessPay. Trial balance, journal entries, and financial reports from Dynamics 365. Create and execute automated API tests for GL interfaces using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Develop and maintain SQL scripts for validating ledger entries, account balances, and reconciliation results across systems. Drive an automation-first approach, identifying repeatable test cases for regression and automating them early. Validate event-driven and file-based feeds related to financial transactions. Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and risk-based regression testing. Collaborate with finance SMEs, data migration teams, and developers to ensure test coverage and quality outcomes. Document test evidence in Azure DevOps, including automated test results and test execution logs. 

Required Skills & Experience: 6-8 years of experience in integration and functional testing within financial systems, preferably in a Retail Banking or Core Banking environment. Strong understanding of General Ledger concepts, including: Chart of accounts Journal entries Trial balance and financial statements Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting Hands-on experience with test automation tools: Postman / Newman Rest Assured or similar API automation frameworks, Selenium (for UI if applicable) Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking. Experience in validating data across Dynamics 365, AutoRek, AccessPay, and core banking feeds.
