Job Description: Social Media Marketing Faculty

Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Media Marketing and Analytics - Trainer (TEACHING) Faculty to join our training institute in Kadavanthra, Kochi. The candidate should possess expertise in social media platforms, marketing strategies, and analytical tools, combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct comprehensive sessions on social media marketing, including platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Provide hands-on training on social media campaign creation, management, and optimization.
  • Content Development:
  • Design and update course materials to align with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Incorporate training on social media analytics, audience targeting, content strategies, and performance measurement.
  • Tools and Analytics:
  • Teach students how to use various tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management platforms.
  • Guide students on analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Mentorship and Assessment:
  • Mentor students in real-time projects and campaigns to provide practical exposure.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and feedback sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry or teaching experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in content creation, ad management, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with emerging social media trends and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
