THE ROLE: We are looking for a full-time Senior Office Manager to join our Mumbai office. Candidate will provide the full cycle of administration and support to Mumbai team members.

Key responsibilities as part of office management include:

  • Maintain all office areas and equipment, housekeeping of office supplies, food and water, including making orders, coordinating with subcontractors, coordinating payment and delivery
  • Communicate with landlord, maintenance company and vendors for all facilities issues
  • Work with vendors, contracts, invoices and closing documents (completing necessary forms, following up, scanning, filing and mailing), maintain database for all filed documents
  • Arrange employees' and visitors' travel support (taxi, flights, hotel booking, visas)
  • Meeting arrangements (calendar and room booking)
  • Organize team building activities (big and small corporate events)
  • Filling in and maintaining administrative documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with office policies, attendance, and other guidelines.
  • Any other responsibilities that may arise from time to time

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 9-12 years of relevant experience
  • Hold Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees from a leading university
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
