We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed a professional BIM course from a recognized organization and successfully completed an internship in the MEP/BIM domain. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to two years of experience who are passionate about Building Information Modeling and want to grow in the AEC industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Completed a BIM, MEP, or Revit MEP course from a recognized training institute.
  • Completed internship in BIM/MEP modeling (mandatory).
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in MEP BIM modeling.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
  • Prepare coordinated drawings, layouts, and 3D models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Assist in clash detection and coordination using software like Navisworks.
  • Update, revise, and maintain BIM models as per project requirements and design changes.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and other BIM team members to ensure model accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21, ₹37,209.99 per month
