Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time On Site

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual design, usability, and user-centered design principles, translating complex requirements into intuitive and elegant interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation is on-brand and consistent with the design system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methods, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
  • Solid grasp of responsive design, grid systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and component-based design.
  • Experience with tools for prototyping and user testing like InVision, Maze, or
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and implement changes efficiently.
  • Time management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
