Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Anekal. The Purchasing Manager's daily tasks include managing the procurement of materials, components, and services, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with the production and engineering teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain management
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and price analysis
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other procurement software
  • Understanding of the aerospace and defense industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
