Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Panihati, Sodepur at PulmoCare Center Sodepur. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with patients and staff, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
