Key Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation on daily basis ensuring GL V/s Bank entries are matching, highlight the gaps and work for resolution
- Bank reconciliation of unrecognized funds in Various Bank Accounts v/s System
- Getting the Unrecognized funds resolved by co-ordinating with all Departments
- Maintain Cheque issued but not debited cases and monitor the same
- Responsible for MIS circulation to Management and other stake holders
- Responsible for enhancements in existing system for TAT and quality improvement
- Ensure No Financial loss to organization
Eligibility Criteria for the Job
Education :Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience :Minimum 4-5 Years of experience in the same industry
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication & inter-personal skills
- Product knowledge of LAP, CIF, Construction Finance, Business Loans and Supply Chain Finance
- Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, Power Point and Finnone / FactorIn / SFDC System
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong Decision-making skills
- Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative
- High Confidence level to Perform Audits at all levels
- Willing to work for flexible hours
- Positive work ethics
