Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Content Creator and Graphic Designer for a reputed company at the Mumbai (Chembur) location.  

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Design and create visually compelling graphics for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
  2. Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, including advertisements, infographics, and promotional materials.
  3. Research, design and develop the Graphic and  video content for our YouTube Channel, and website on specifically 
  4. List down the attention-grabbing video content, titles, thumbnails, video descriptions, find & use appropriate hashtags, etc.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
  6. Create and edit videos, and other multimedia content to enhance our brand's online presence.
  7. Generate and maintain a library of visual assets, including logos, icons, and templates, for consistent brand representation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant.
  9. Conduct research on latest trends and gather information to support marketing team.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, content creator, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) or other industry-standard tools.
  3. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual composition principles.
  4. Knowledge of video editing software and experience in creating multimedia content.
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  7. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry.
  9. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
