Job Title: Senior Engineer - Piping

Location: Hyderabad

Work mode: Work from office

Job Summary:

  • Mechanical Engineer with 12+ years of experience in Pharma / ATF Industry.
  • Expert level knowledge in Piping Engineering like Layout, Piping materials, specifications, Data sheets & 3D modeling tools (E3D.PDMS, Plant 3D, Revit & etc.) with Interdisciplinary coordination for all the Project phases.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have the ability to work as Discipline lead.
  • Lead and supervise Engineers / Designers / Modelers.
  • Reviewing of Plot plan, Equipment layout, Piping layout, Isometrics and support details.
  • Ensure and maintain the International Standards like ASME, ANSI, DIN, EN, ISO, BS etc., in piping design.
  • Ensure that all design in compliance with local authorities code requirement.
  • Co-ordinate with other discipline Team members.
  • Implementing the design checklist and tracking methodology.
  • Internal coordination with other disciplines.
  • External coordination with Host / Client.
  • Attending Model reviews with Host /Client.
  • Assist Principal Engineer & Department Manager in day-to-day activities.
  • Administrative tasks w.r.t discipline (MMS, timesheet, appraisals, escalations, recruitments etc.) at Engineer & Assistant Engineer Positions.
  • Mentoring the Engineers, Assistant & Training Engineers with the intent of securing properly trained personnel to ensure the continual expansion of the company.

Core Competencies:

  • Expert level knowledge in Advanced Technology Facilities, FMCG, Life Science and Chemical Industry Projects.
  • At least five years of experience in a leading Process supply system position for Critical / Fast track projects.
  • Should have vast experience of dealing domestic and international clients by Onsite and Offsite coordination.
