JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media person to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with our audience, building brand awareness, and driving traffic to our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

  2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  3. Monitor and manage all social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

  4. Analyze social media insights and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.

  7. Execute paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific goals.

  8. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely promotion of company events, product launches, and other initiatives.

  9. Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance credibility.

  10. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for differentiation and innovation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

  2. Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

  5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

  8. Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager

  9. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

  10. Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends in digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
