About the Role:

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and dedicated female warden to manage and supervise our ladies' hostel. The ideal candidate will be someone who can maintain discipline, ensure safety, and create a comfortable environment for our residents—just like a home away from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness at all times
• Manage check-in/check-out and visitor logs
• Maintain attendance and hostel records
• Offer support and guidance to residents
• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and management
• Enforce hostel rules with kindness and clarity

Requirements:

• Female, aged 25 – 45 years
• Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in hostel/PG management (preferred)
• Hindi speaking is an added advantage
