Role Overview

As a Telecaller, you'll engage with potential leads, explain our advertising services, and support client acquisition through effective communication and follow-ups. You'll be a key part of our marketing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
  • Present company offerings clearly and handle client queries.
  • Maintain daily call logs, lead updates, and CRM entries.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets with enthusiasm and ownership.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi & English (Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • No specific education or age limit — passion and confidence matter most
  • Prior telecalling or customer engagement experience is a plus.
