About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that streamline business processes, enhance system performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to support business operations and sales processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance, support, and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Cloud or similar cloud-based platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Billing modules.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration tools (APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform Developer) are a plus
