Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Shree Jamidar Agro Farm Pvt. Ltd., located in Anandapur. As the CEO, you will oversee the company's overall operations, develop strategic business plans, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. You will also be responsible for financial oversight, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring the effective management of resources for business growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive long-term success and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
  • Strong expertise in Operations Management for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
  • Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Proven ability in Sales to oversee and grow revenue streams
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving industry challenges
  • Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
