As an Analyst - CIB EA for the Investment Banking Business Management team, your role involves providing administrative support for IB EMEA colleagues in travel, expenses, and Coupa. The team is expanding, leading to an increased volume of T&E that needs efficient management. You will be evaluated based on critical skills like query resolution, directing to appropriate areas, and escalating as needed. Your basic qualifications should include proficiency in calendar management, Excel, PowerPoint, travel & expense management, strong communication skills, and cooperative work with other assistants. Desirable skillsets include financial institution experience, relevant support role experience, strong team player, proactive thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. The purpose of your role is to oversee the smooth operation of the bank's business activities by managing various administrative tasks. Your accountabilities include managing project cost closeouts, supporting talent development implementation, organizing financial documents, and managing office supplies and equipment. As an Analyst, your expectations include performing activities in a timely and high-quality manner, demonstrating technical knowledge, leading and supervising a team, taking responsibility for team results, advising decision-making, managing risk, and understanding the integration of sub-functions.
