About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analysis to join our team. The candidate will assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research.
  • Support in analysing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.
  • Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and basic reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and operations.
  • Help in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases under guidance.
  • Support in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply business analysis tools and techniques to real-world projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word (knowledge of SQL, Jira, or Tableau is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or B Tech or any related degree
