Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehra Dun for a Legal Associate. The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling legal cases, preparing and reviewing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and providing counsel to clients. The role requires conducting research on legal precedents, drafting strategies, and offering general legal support to the team and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of law and legal principles, with the ability to navigate legal issues confidently
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and review
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing legal challenges
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate legal arguments and engage with clients
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification; LLM is a plus
• Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards relevant to domestic and international law
